Seizing Missed Market Opportunities: Through Activation
For our project with Nike, we were tasked with activations after we developed a comprehensive strategy to launch a product line for the growing sport of pickleball, targeting opportunities aligned with Nike's and pickleball's demographics. As the team leader and primary deck creator, I shaped our presentations while refreshing the consumer about our previous work on this project. Then, I focused on conducting an in-depth analysis of the consumer journey, uncovering how the brand could effectively engage its target audience. My contributions included crafting and bringing the big idea to life through activation concepts like pickleball trucks and influencer partnerships. Additionally, I played a critical role in navigating unforeseen challenges, such as a budget cut and a six-month delay, by devising creative solutions to adapt our plan without compromising impact. My work ensured the strategy was innovative and feasible, driving Nike's vision forward within the constraints.
