For this project, our team was tasked with conceptualizing a new product that doesn’t exist for Nike. I crafted a comprehensive slide deck and theme, outlining our strategy to leverage insights into Nike's consumer demographics, product lineup, and growth opportunities. By identifying a key gap in the sporting goods market, we spotlighted pickleball as an untapped avenue that aligns with Nike's target demographics and addresses unmet consumer needs. I led an in-depth analysis of pickleball’s social media influence and consumer appeal, proposing Nike-branded paddles and gear as a new product line. Together, our team developed consumer personas and launch strategies, positioning Nike to capture this emerging trend with a truly original product.
